Dave Graham

OWNER

Owner Dave Graham is an ISA certified arborist (PN-7571A). Prior to becoming an arborist, he worked for the U.S. Forest Service as a wildland firefighter. In 2007 he completed the McCall Smokejumper rookie training program and worked as a Smokejumper through the 2009 season. Dave attended Boise State and graduated in 2008 with an Environmental Studies degree. After seven years with the Forest Service, a BA in Environmental Studies and six years in the landscaping and tree service industry, Sawtooth Tree Service was started in the Spring of 2010.

Patrick Hillery

ISA certified arborist

Patrick Hillery is an ISA certified arborist (PN-9696A). Graduating from the University of Texas in 2018, Patrick's love for the outdoors brought him to the intermountain west, where he worked for five seasons as a wildland firefighter for the Forest Service. In order to spend more time with his family, Patrick left wildland firefighting for residential tree work, joining Sawtooth Tree Service in the spring of 2022. Ask Patrick what he likes most about this work, and he'll probably tell you that it's a pretty sweet deal to be paid to climb trees, something he's enjoyed doing since childhood. When he isn't climbing around the trees of Boise, you can find Patrick skiing Bogus in the winters, trail running in the foothills, backpacking through the mountains, and generally enjoying all that our amazing area has to offer.
