Here’s a look at four warning signs that your tree is posing a safety risk. Heavy Leaning One of the most obvious signs of a potentially hazardous tree is if it is leaning or tilting noticeably. While some healthy trees do grow at an angle, sudden leaning or tilting can be a cause for concern. This may indicate that the tree's root system is compromised, either due to soil erosion, disease, or structural issues. Also, trees that lean towards structures such as homes, power lines, or roads pose an increased risk and should be inspected promptly by a professional arborist. Cracks or Splits in the Trunk Cracks or splits in a tree's trunk can weaken its structural integrity, making it susceptible to failure. We used Sawtooth Tree and Landscape Service for the first time this week mainly because of the good reviews we read online and their bid was extremely competitive. Our large yard was overgrown with a variety of trees that needed pruned, limbed up and cut away from the house. The job was very professionally done in a little over a day and their cleanup was very good. It looks fantastic and we will definitely use them again!

Our neighbors were pleased with work done by Sawtooth Tree Service so we decided to give them a try. Dave and his crew are extremely competent and professional. We had them remove two large, multi-trunk River Birches and one spruce. The River Birch especially required very skilled work to avoid damaging a neighbor's roof and satellite dish as well as our fences. The work to remove the trees was prompt and meticulous. Dave’s expert climbing skills were very apparent. He was very careful cutting branches and many were lowered with ropes to safely bring them to the ground. The yard was raked and all debris from the trees was hauled away. Additionally Dave and his crew came back to grind the remaining stumps. This required careful work to avoid utility lines and our sprinkler system. All in all a great job.

They showed up on time and ready to work hard! They removed the trees without the cost of renting an expensive lift and did a fantastic job of making sure the shed was protected from any damage.
